Job Details
My client is a growing business that started when two big players in the industry joined forces and started this company. Due to internal promotion a senior position opened up for an experienced candidate, looking to have end responsibilities in all new and existing products coming to market in Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. This means you will be managing a team of 4 people and help with positioning the product portfolio in a strategic way.
You will join a company with short communication lines and a transparent company culture; this makes it easy to communicate internally and to take the right decisions. Further you will be reporting straight to the general manager, giving you a lot of autonomy and decision making freedom, meaning you won't be micro managed. The company is growing a lot and is financial stable.
To be successful:
* Proven Product Management and Marketing experience with Chemicals (finished products or raw materials)
* Fluency in Dutch and English
* Understanding of regulatory requirements when putting new products on a market (REACH, CLP, SDS)
* Team Leading Experience
* Valid EU passport
* Living in the Gent area or willing to relocate
