Compliance Officer - Home Office - Start Immediately!
My client, a well-established and global diagnostic company is currently seeking a Compliance Officer.
Working in this key position is a great opportunity to increase your value in the market.
You will be responsible for:
-Leading the compliance and ethics program for the group.
-Create and implement policies and procedures in line with the Code of Conduct, MedTech Europe Code of Ethical Business Practice, and the appropriate regulatory requirements.
-Manage the day-to-day compliance operations.
-Provide telephone and email support to respond to compliance related inquiries from employees.
-Identify legal and regulatory requirements and their potential impact on the company
-Identify potential compliance vulnerability and risk, and develop and implement corrective action plans.
-Support QARA department for the risk analysis of new products.
You have:
- Bachelor of Arts, Laws or Science degree or equivalent.
-A significant experience in functions of Compliance, Legal, or Regulatory in a healthcare or life science company. Direct experience with in-vitro medical device is a plus
You are:
Fluent at English French, Dutch and/or German is a plus
Home based position > travelling is required
Permanent position - Salary: 65K€-78K€ + Bonuses- ASAP
