Lab Manager - Progression at Small Size Company

My client is a small generic drug manufacturer with a R&D team of about 15 people and during the last year they have expanded over 50% in headcounts meaning they are now looking for two new lab managers. This position does not require previous manager experience although it would certainly be advantageous. However, this means that this is the perfect stepping-stone into a managerial career for someone who has the ambition but lacks the proper experience and your future opportunities will greatly increase after a year or two in this role. In fact, my client offers a mentor and management program which will give you the support necessary to get settled quickly!

Requirements:
* Has previous GMP experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field such as food.
* Management experience is advantageous but not necessary
* Must be fluent in Danish.
