Validation Team leader -Swiss Healthcare - German/English
Our client is a global manufacturer of plastics products for the Healthcare / Medical Devices sector. In a strong period of growth both organically and through acquisition, they have a 'wanted' list of positions to be filled, and with this Team Leader of Validation topping that list.
The role will focus on validation of products and processes (IQ, OQ, PQ) for products in healthcare, but with additional responsibility as Team leader, supervision of both the change management process and risk management (design or process FMEA), essentially ensuring the process capability and compliance of production and plant processes.
An appropriate level of experience would be a minimum of 3 years validation experience in the Medical Devices industry (ISO 13485, ISO 9001) or plastics in a tightly regulated environment, with injection moulding involvement a bonus. The role is open to both current team leaders and those wishing to take a step up into peoples management. This is a key role to the company growth and a replacement position - notice periods of 3 months will be considered in order to find the most suitable candidate.
German and English are both essential.
