My client is an agrochemical company based in the Netherlands, specialised in bio-pesticides and fertilizers for markets outside of Europe.
The team you will be working in is very international and will make you feel at home wherever you are from.

The company sells worldwide and this will give you the chance to increase your business network to a whole new level. The person will be in charge of a vast portfolio of both fertilizers and pesticides, giving the person the chance to expand their knowledge and become an expert in both fields.

The manager will have much freedom in the decision making and will shape the role according to his personality. You will then use all your expertise to expand the business in the way which fits you the most.

The company invests in their professionals and is ready to welcome people from all over the world, providing VISA for the right candidate if he/she is not a EU citizen.


Requirements:
_ You will hold a scientific degree (ideally Chemistry or Agronomy, or alternatively a Chemical/Agrochemical-related degree)
_ at least 5 years of professional experience in sales on Pesticides and/or fertilizers
_ proven international sales experience
_skilled in Marketing strategies, sales and commercial activities
_ Fluency in written and spoken English, plus fluency in Spanish is a big advantage as you will need to deal with Latin American countries as well
_ willing to travel 3-4 months per year
