Job Details
Job Purpose
• Teaching (lectures and seminars) on at least 3 of the modules/areas listed in the job description.• Undertake marking in a range of modules and subject areas.
• Undertake various academic related administrative roles.
• Provide pastoral and academic support to students.
• Assist on modules supporting students’ skills development.
Person Specification
• Higher degree relevant to research or teaching in the areas specified above and/or relevant experience practising as a lawyer in those fields.• Experience of teaching on modules on undergraduate law degree programmes.
• Experience of marking and assessing students on undergraduate law degree programmes.
• Experience of undertaking various academic administrative roles in higher education
• Experience of advising students about their academic and personal development
