Head of Human Resources Operations

We are looking to appoint an exceptional Head of HR Operations to complete our HR Division senior management team.  We are currently developing the people strategy for the next 5 years so this is an exciting and opportune time to join our team.

This role will provide direction and leadership across the University of Bristol in managing the devolved HR Business partners and their teams as well as the Employee Relations functions.  We are committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of our staff and the successful candidate will manage and lead on the staff wellbeing agenda.

You will be CIPD qualified with significant experience in the Higher Education Sector, or similar complex organisation.  You will have gained substantial operational experience and be confident in negotiation at a senior level.  Direct experience of delivering successful major organisational change and transformation is essential.
