HR Business Partner

This role takes an active role in advising and guiding on all people related matters as a partner to the Professional Services.

You will work alongside Directors to identify the people and organisational implications of their strategic priorities and proactively support, influence and deliver potential solutions.

You will act as the interface between the Service’s needs and its people solutions, translating strategic objectives into tangible deliverables for HR and delivering the HR people agenda into the organisation. Proactively supporting the leadership team to embed the University values and core principles.

Working alongside the Service managers to develop people focussed strategies and optimum establishment/workforce for the Service.
