Technical Product Manager - OEM - Growing Company

NonStop Recruitment is working with a very reputable and leading OEM organisation based in Flemish Belgium. Our client is looking to hire a Senior Technical Product Manager to join their manufacturing plant and global HQ.

Our client has an already well-established position in Europe where they are working with several leading car manufacturers like the PSA Group, Renault, and more. The company has seen a rapid growth over the last few years and now is expanding its reach worldwide (Asia, Nort & South Amercia). As a Product and Marketing Manager you will:

• Manage Product introduction and Product Change processes via the APQP-systemfor all regions (Europe, Africa, Asia Pacific & Middle East)
• Be responsible for overall Project Coordination mainly for OEM new product introductions and product changes
• Be responsible for complete Product Life Cycle Management
• Be responsible for Product Stewardship: make sure the brand complies with all regional legislative requirements
• Manage, supervise and coach the Product Management & Marketing team which is comprised of 4 people
• Participation in Arteco Management Team, Interface Team, Arteco Emergency Response team;
• Together with the Marketing Manager, establish and implement the Marketing & Communication Plan in all regions

Your profile:

• Engineering Degree, ideally Chemical Engineering
• Extensive experience in product management, R&D, marketing or project management
• Strong commercial mindset
• Leadership & coaching skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge and understanding of the legislation GHS/CLP and REACH
• Fluent in Dutch and English

For this position our client is offering a salary package of EUR 75,000 - EUR 95,000 plus bonuses, benefits, laptop and phone.
