Help Improve Social Work Practice

A London based Local Authority is seeking an experienced Social Worker/Senior Practitioner to join their Quality Assurance team:

• Work across teams in Adults and Mental Health services

This is an excellent opportunity to take a unique role where your work will have an impact on Social Work practice across Adults and Mental Health services. Ultimately you will be required to carry out thematic audits and present your findings and recommendations to the Senior Management team in order to identify areas of strength and weakness so that process can be put into place to further improve practice.

This is a non case holding post and therefore you will not have to carry out visits, ultimately meaning hours of work are generally fixed to a 9-5. This also offers the opportunity to work flexibly and remotely as this is not a client facing post. Candidates who are looking to use their experience as a "frontline" worker in another capacity should strongly consider the post as it has a larger strategical component giving the successful candidate excellent experience which will significantly improve future prospects.

To be considered for this post you should have extensive experience within Adults & Mental Health services.
