First Line Helpdesk - Growing Managed Services Provider - Variety of customers
NonStop Recruitment is looking for a First Line Helpdesk specialist to join one of the fastest growing MSPs in London. You will join a great environment, in which the accent will be put on your development, as you will be exposed to a variety of technologies, but also by getting involved in different projects. As well, you will put the accent on the quality of services provided to the various clients of the company, while offering prompt, professional support.
The company has been constantly growing in last months and the growth doesn't stop here! It is onboarding variety of clients from hospitality and financial sector, and from many other sectors, and together with this, new colleagues. You can be one of them if:
- you have at least 1 year of experience with a Managed Services Provider;
- or have you been offering first line support to variety of businesses, and external clients;
- you hold practical experience with MS Office suit, MS Windows, Office 365 and Active Directory;
- you have natural communication skills and enjoy finding solutions to different issues.
As part of your responsibilities you will:
- Troubleshoot first line hardware and software faults and constantly work towards service improving;
- Be the first point of call for customers and manage calls according to the internal processes;
- Installing and configuring IT hardware and software, and escalate major problems to IT management;
- Participate in projects, as required;
