You will be responsible for hospital wide coordination and development of projects and on-going activities. Including, but not limited to, new hospital growth initiatives; operations simulation and modeling; preparation of strategic plans; implementation of systems to manage rapid growth; identification of hospital wide processes which can be streamlined to provide more efficient medical care; space planning and any other projects as assigned by the CEO’s Office.

 

Responsibilities

Specifically, you will be responsible to:

  • Facilitate Core Management Team, Service Lines and Departments in planning and decision making via data mining/data analysis. 
  • Analyzing operational problems, define root causes and develop solutions for hospital management activities and projects.
  • Facilitate cross functional teams in process improvement and integrated problem solving which will result in cost savings, productivity enhancement, standardization etc.
  • Effectively coordinate projects and activities across the hospital
  • Assist in launch of new initiatives and follow through end-to-end 
  • Liaise with various multi-functional teams to enable better opportunities in all domains of hospital operations. 
  • Compilation and completion of reports as per the schedule in timely manner. 
  • Facilitate strategic, clinical, managerial and business aspect of projects. 
  • Maintain minutes of meetings pertaining to CEO’s office. 
  • Follow-up, coordinate and pro-actively pursue action items across multiple departments
  • Participate and lead quality improvement activities.
  • Flag and help resolve cross-functional issues 

 

Requirements

You must have:

  • Masters or Bachelor’s degree while certifications will have added advantage.  
  • Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience. 
  • Six Sigma Green Belt/Project management training preferred
  • Analytical abilities with problem solving skills and financial analysis/ management. 
  • Proficient in use of MS Office.
  • Strong organization skills and creative problem solving skills
  • Proven multi-tasking ability
  • Excellent communication, public speaking and report writing skills. 
  • Familiarity with perse functions of hospital operations. 
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to constructively handle sensitive and difficult issues.
  • Must work well under pressure and deliver to defined deadlines
