Head of Sales and Marketing - CDMO/Lohnherstellung - Home-Office Bundesweit
Looking to step up your role within a true "value added" organisation? NonStop are working with a renowned CDMO with an excellent reputation particularly in niche and high-margin product areas.
With a strong emphasis on innovation and quickly meeting customer needs, our clients have positioned themselves as "go-to" contacts when buying specialty manufacturing services, and with an offering in most European geographies, they are in a good position for global growth.
To help take charge of this and manage the Business Development/Sales structure nationally and internationally, we have been engaged to recruit a Head of Sales and Marketing to report directly into General Management. Key in this role are:
* Drive, to move things in the market and develop innovative customer-focussed strategies
* Strong CDMO understanding with ideally some pre-existing network
* Sales instinct and a thorough understanding of B2B sales strategies
