This is a key position for the College and the successful jobholder will have responsibility for leading on the development of all undergraduate students, oversee the undergraduate admissions process for the College, lead on academic policy, oversee undergraduate examinations, co-ordinate academic appointments to Lectureships and Fellowships, manage the academic office and line manage library staff, serve on various College and inter-collegiate committees.
Candidates must possess a doctorate and have previous experience of teaching and academic administration within a higher education environment. They must have a good track record of leading teams and managing others together with excellent numerical and verbal reasoning ability.
The salary will be dependent upon skills and experience and will include housing allowance. The successful candidate will become a Fellow of the College.
