Do you want to be part of educating the next generation of vets and vet nurses? Are you ready to join a busy anaesthesia team within a world class university veterinary school?

The University of Bristol’s Veterinary School is seeking to recruit a veterinary anaesthetist with energy, commitment and a passion for scholarship and teaching.

This is primarily a teaching role, delivering and leading the practical and didactic clinical teaching of undergraduate veterinary and veterinary nursing students, and the supervision of clinical postgraduate students. You will also participate in the delivery of a high quality clinical service in the Pain Management and Anaesthesia team within Bristol’s Langford Vets’ Hospitals.

Experience and enthusiasm for teaching is essential to the role. You must hold a Veterinary Degree recognised by the RCVS that allows you to practise veterinary medicine within the UK.

Base salary scales are shown. Additionally, you will be paid veterinary and ‘on-clinics’ allowances.

£42,418 - £47,722 (Teaching Fellow)

£50,618 - £56,950 (Senior Teaching Fellow)

It is anticipated that interviews will be held on 21 September 2018
