Our client is a reputable Tier 1 supplier for the Automotive industry in Europe. The company works with major OEM companies and are currently looking to hire 2 Key Account Managers to join their team in Belgium.

The organisation has been present in the Automotive plastics and interior market for 50 years, providing complex solutions to premium brands like Volvo, Audi, Bosch and more across Europe. This is an excellent chance to work in an environment full of experts in this field, professionals who have been working with established companies in the industry for years. Since the organisation is present in several markets, they are looking for a German or Spanish speaker. You will have the opportunity to present unique solutions to key clients in the assigned regions. It's a great chance for you to work directly with these companies and establish a really solid network of clients and contacts. You will put your name on the international map as a specialist in the field and you will take your career to the next level ensuring that you increase your employability in the future as well.

You will:

  • Develop a solid relationship with Customer contacts (Purchasing, Engineering, Programs)
  • Interface with the customer at 1st management level
  • Participate regularly to meetings with clients
  • Prepare and validate the commercial offers to answer in due time to the requests of clients
  • Build up and get validated the targeted pricing and the negotiation path to satisfy the clients needs and to bring profit to your organisation
  • Oversee several programs from Sales perspective

  • Support the negotiation of ECRs and claims

Your profile:

  • Extensive experience for a Tier 1 supplier
  • Established personal relationship with one or two OEMs within the relevant markets
  • Fluent in English, French and German or Spanish
  • Strong competencies in relationship management, and negotiation
  • Good communication and presentation skills, and capacity of empathy
  • Team player and ability to work in a matrix organization

For this position our client is offering a salary package of EUR 60,000 - EUR 75,000 plus bonuses, benefits, laptop and company car.
