IT Systems Administrator - work in a small Pharmaceutical company
A small and highly specialised pharmaceutical company in the Solothurn area is currently seeking an experienced and motivated IT Systems Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic chance to join the Pharmaceutical industry, working within a company that specialises in the needs of chronically and severely ill patients. So you will be able to go to work every day knowing that you are truly making a difference to people's lives.
The ideal candidate will bring several years of experience working in the administration of Windows and Linux systems. You will have a flair for SQL, and be able to prove this either through previous experience or a good understanding gained through your studies. If you are already used to working with Oracle databases, this would be an advantage. Fluent written and spoken German, to native level, and English are required.
You will ensure the flawless running of the IT infrastructure, and be the go-to person within the company for the smooth operations of the Linux system and the Oracle database. In addition, you will support the existing team in the running of Windows systems, create queries and reports using SQL scripting, and provide valuable input to user and customer support.
This vacancy is available at 100% employment, but if part time (70-90%) employment and some remote working days are also available, giving you the flexibility to plan your own time across the week.
