Graduate Careers Consultant

We are looking to appoint a Careers Consultant with substantial experience of delivering careers related services, preferably in a Higher Education Careers Service or graduate recruitment setting.

This is an exciting new opportunity which will lead and shape an enhanced provision of activities and events aimed at graduates.  The role will enable the Careers Service to maintain active contact with recent graduates, coordinating information, advice, guidance and opportunities, as well as managing a personal caseload.

You should have excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and must be capable of independently leading and delivering a programme of services for graduates, working in collaboration across Careers Service teams and with other internal and external stakeholders.

You will have a positive and solution focused approach to the challenges and opportunities for developing this important work and be capable of analysing and interpreting data which can be used to inform our engagement with graduates.
