Children With Disabilities - Low Caseloads - Locum OR Permanent - South East
A Local Authority in the Buckinghamshire/Berkshire area is looking for a Social Worker to join their Children with Disabilities team.
The team have a capped caseload of 15, with only 2 court cases. This provides a managable workload which makes Social Work that extra less stressful - wouldn't that be nice for a change! You will have more time to focus on the cases, as well as more time for yourself to rest.
You have the option to go locum or permanent. Permanent Social Workers here get paid more than the surrounding authorities; there is also a golden hello upon joining as a permanent member of staff. Relocation is assisted in case you need it.
