R&D Manager - Flavourist - SPAIN

An international company specialized in flavours are currently looking for their new R&D who will have the pleasure to join their teams loacted in Spain (close to Barcelona).
The company is diplaying a continuous growth which allows them to work on stimulating projetcs across Europe.

This position will allow you to develop your skills within the flavors industry focusing on the technical aspect. You will have the satisfaction to use the whole extent of your capacities wether it be in management or in innovation and have growing responsibilities.

Missions :

• Management of R&D department that comprises flavourists and laboratory technicians
• Define strategies to lead the R&D projects
• Work with sales team on the field
• Ensure good functioning and organization of R&D and be in regular interaction with sales teams, marketing teams and other divisions
• Regular interactions with other branches across Europe

Profile

• Technical background, chemist or engineering in food fields
• Minimum 5 years experience within the fmavours industry
• experience in management of R&D Laboratory
• International profile : Spanish, French and English
• Enthusiastic and dynamic
• Team spirit
