Global Medical Affairs Manager

Do you want to work with global medical affairs strategies and have an MD and want to work with a strong portfolio of haematology products?

We are a well-established pharma company there is expanding in the Nordics and are there for looking for our next key player in to be part of our Nordic medical affairs team. You will be working closely together with the head of Nordic medical affairs and will be in charge of a 4 person team, so the two of you will be handling the strategic and operational task.

u will be is a chance to join a relatively small, but growing department in the company and be one of the defining actors in the department's growth, so you can have clear influence not only on your daily tasks, but also on the department and the companies strategic development, This mean that you will have a direct impact on how the company grows and will take part in choosing the next talents to join the team.

You will be located in Nordic HQ in Stockholm preferably, but can also be located in Copenhagen or Oslo.

The job

  • Develop and implement Global Medical Plans in focus disease areas at a Nordic level
  • Collaborate with Nordic Medical Head and Global Medical Team to provide Nordic input into Global Medical Plans and translate Global Medical Strategy to in-year Nordic activity plans.
  • Define specific medical programs and activities (e.g. medical meetings, disease state education, advisory boards) and associated resource requirements and budgets.
  • Define key performance indicators and metrics to track progress against the activity plan.
  • Participate in Nordic-level KOL planning
  • Provide medical support to clinical research programs and registries
  • Oversee and participate in responding effectively to requests for scientific exchange
  • Support local team disease area and product knowledge through scientific training
  • Develop, manage and lead the Nordic Medical team

Your qualifications

  • MD or PHD
  • 3+ years of medical affairs experience working with Hematology before.
  • Fluent in English.
