Una empresa internacional francesa especializada en aromas está buscando a su Nuevo manager de I+D para unirse a su equipo en el área de Barcelona.
La empresa está en continuo crecimiento, lo cual te permitirá trabajar en proyectos estimulantes en Europa. Podrás desarrollar tu conocimiento en diferentes mercados internacionales.

Responsabilidades
- Al cargo del departamento de I+D con aromistas y técnicos de laboratorios.
- Definir las estrategias para liderar proyectos de I+D.
- Trabajar en coordinación con el equipo de ventas.
- Asegurar el funcionamiento correcto y la organización de I+D interactuando con los agentes de ventas, marketing y otras divisiones.
- Reporte regular con otras filiales en Europa.
Requisitos
- Perfil técnico de química o ingeniería en el sector alimentario.
- Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en la industria de aromas.
- Experiencia al cargo de equipos de laboratorios de I+D.
- Nivel fluido de español, inglés y francés.
- Entusiasta y dinámico.
- Trabajo en equipo.
