Qualified Social Worker - Non Case-holding - First Contact Team - Wales
Due to long-standing social worker in the team going on sick leave, a local authority based in West Wales has an adult's qualified social worker position become available.
You wont be required to carry a caseload but act as the main point of contact within the contact team and the role will focus on identifying and sign posting to third parties. For the right candidate they will consider a 4 day working week and/or some time working from home when work allows. The offices are also based in scenic location, with current contractors commenting on the beautiful scenery and excellent walking trails as a peaceful way to spend their downtime.
They offer telephone interviews for interested candidates saving you a costly commute and meaning you can get started in your next position really quickly. Also offering a pay rate of up to £30 per hour for candidate with good references.
