Medical Director for Academic Liver Transplant (3-309-959).  The Division of Gastroenterology & Hepatology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine is seeking a full time, board certified, experienced Hepatologist to serve as Medical Director of our academic Liver Transplant Program at the University of Maryland Medical Center and Midtown Campuses.  Candidates must have GI and Hepatology training with extensive liver transplant experience, strong clinical, endoscopic and teaching skills, and the motivation to expand our liver programs.  This position requires a medical degree from a recognized accredited university (or foreign equivalent), and candidates must be eligible for an unrestricted Maryland medical license. 

Expected faculty rank will be Associate Professor or Professor, however, final rank, tenure status and salary will be commensurate with selected candidate’s experience.
