Our client is an established international organisation specialising with sensor technology, connectors, and diverse product range of advanced tech that is used in autonomous vehicles, the ICT sector and more. The company is continuously looking for talent in the area of Account Management.

You will be working directly with customers from the Benelux and Northern France region. Your activities will have a commercial focus while at the same time you will be able to put into use your engineering expertise. You will be presenting and directly working with the latest technology in the field of autonomous driving and/or ICT. It's a great opportunity to take your knowledge on the highest level with products that are currently shaping the future of the industry. Your knowledge and technical experise will be of immense value when you speak to your customers as you will be also diving into the technicalities of these complex technologies. The position allows for a home office. Essentially, you will be present in the Benelux HQ only 1 per month while also having occasional visits to the plant in Germany. You will be able to meet and liaise with all colleagues, exchange ideas, establish connections, and grow together within the business. At the same time you have a lot of freedom and flexibility to make up your own agenda and work from home whenever you want. This will have a very positive effect on your work-life balance.

You will:

  • Establish solid relationships with clients by keeping regular contact with them to ensure ongoing support and communication
  • Present new technologies and the product portfolio to meet client's needs
  • Coordinate with internal disciplines to serve the customer on time in terms of quotations, quality complaints, logistics, technical information, etc.
  • Engage and drive the internal organization to support and respond in timeframe & quality level that the customer expects
  • Define and develop the key accounts strategies
  • Prepare and lead price and contract negotiations with clients

Your profile:

  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
  • Degree in Engineering (Electronics, ICT, Automotive, Electrical, etc.)
  • Several years of experience in a commercial role for a Tier 1 or an OEM preferrably
  • Commercial affinity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel in order to visit clients regularly

For this position our client is offering a salary package of EUR 65,000 - EUR 70,000 plus bonuses, benefits, laptop and company car.
