NonStop Recruitment, one of the fastest growing recruitment firms, is currently looking for a German Supply Chain Manager willing to kick-start a new successful career by joining one of the fastest growing manufacturers' of thermoforming and packaging machines in Europe.

By joining our client's company which is massively growing, you will be granted a stable career as supply chain manager in Germany and you will open up yourself to major career developments around Europe.


The company is a manufacturer of thermoforming/packaging machines useful in the pharmaceutical and food industry: they are acquiring more and more production sites in Europe and your role within the German production site will be crucial since you will be involved in the project management of supply chain projects an in the implementation of the production strategy. You will be also involved in the establishment and alignment of corporate procedures, guidelines and standards by collaborating with your peers in Italy and France (travels up to 70%) and by reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, a boss which will allow you to enhance your technical skills on a daily basis by supporting you in achieving your goals.


Your tasks will consist in developing material costs, forecasts or standard cost lists, assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials. You will study the production trends and monitor suppliers' performance to assess the ability of your company to meet quality production standards' as well as per the projects delivery deadlines and requirements.

The collaboration with other company's departments, such as procurement, engineering, and quality assurance, will broaden your professional skillset and allow you to make your profile even more attractive for the day you will be ready to have a higher responsibility role.


Requirements needed to apply
Academic background :
You have a Bachelor Degree in Production or Engineering or Economics
Compulsorily, you have at least 4 years experience in the supply chain management, ideally within the automation machines' field
Compulsorily, you are able to work with the SAP and are strongly skilled at Excel
You are fluent in English
You are based in Düsseldorf or closed to the city
