Currently I am working with 2 long term clients, both are streamlining their structure to enable the current staff and also new team members to be able to work in a fully homebased capacity. They have altered the technology which is embedded within the business, this has meant the remote team have seamless contact with those who are office based. One change I have seen with both agencies is the culture within the business towards homeworkers, it's a now seen as the norm, so progression ect isn't something that is held back.

You will be part of a fast growing team who are looking to take their expansion to a global level. This will allow you to not only work in a homebased capacity, allowing flexibility around other commitments, but to expand your career into a potentially managerial direction.

Role Requirements:

• Ideally 4/5+ years experience working within a Medical Communications agency
• Some prior experience working homebased
• Great Communicator
• Creative approach
