I am looking to speak with MSL's who have at least one year in the industry who want to work for a company that stands for inclusion, development and wanting everyone to be part of their success. Working with this rare disease client of mine they are looking for an MSL to cover the German speaking territories of Switzerland and increasing the scientific knowledge in the market with the KOL's and other clinical professions who need the scientific information about the products.

Being a part of a small regional team your work will have a much bigger impact on those around you and with the team you will be working with rather than being one of 50 MSL's in a company and being seen just the same as everyone else. On top of this they bring with them their Japanese roots in the way they work, flexibility and ensuring that there is an environment for everyone to succeed.

You can be based in any part of the German speaking parts of Switzerland as you will be reporting to the German Offices, meaning this is a very accessible position for people in slightly more remote areas of the country who may not get the opportunities of living in one of the major cities.

The role is responsible only for Switzerland so although this will limit your international travel this will let you focus and build a strong dedicated group of KOL's for you to work with and become an expert in the market for the specific Therapy areas.

Requirements are as follows:

• Scientific Graduate
• Previous MSL experience
• English and German Fluency
