Team Lead Vision Care - First Management Role - Paris

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Team Lead Vision Care to strengthen the worldwide customer service team. You will manage, coach and train a team that provides customer service for the vision care products. If you do not have people management experience yet but have leadership skills and are motivated to take the next step in your career, then do not hesitate to apply. Profile:

• Master Degree in a Business related field or other
• Some years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing,…
• The first experience as Team Leader is preferred
• Fluency in English and French is required, Dutch is a plus

You can start immediately a temporary contract until the end of 2018 and after that will get a permanent contract. This will give you a better long-term perspective and financial security. I know a lot of people that started in the company through a temporary assignment so it is very common and the intention to keep you is high.
