Social Worker - Children With Disabilities - Transition into CWD
A Local Authority in the South East is looking for a Social Worker to join their Children's Disabilities team.
This small, supportive team will happily take on someone who has done Child Protection without having had been in a CWD team. Due to the massive amount of support, you will find yourself rolling with the work quite quickly. This is the ideal transition into a Disabilities focused career path.
The team is part of a Good Local Authority, making this is a fantastic opportunity to become far more employable in the future, especially if you would like to make the move into CWD positions. Considering the high standard of the Local Authority, they are still offering competitive rates.
Many of the permanent and locum staff we have placed there come out of the Authority with the strong experience to allow them to massively progress their careers. And they often find themselves wanting to go back.
I have a great relationship with the clients I work with. You can expect quick feedback, within a few days, meaning that you do not need to spend a lot of time waiting around to know what your options are.
If you are not interested, but know somebody who is, we have a referral scheme where you can help a friend find a role, which brings £200 your way.
