Global Business Development Manager - Biologics - Leading German CDMO
Business developer in production, formulation, or manufacturing? Keen to get on the bandwagon with Biologics, as small-molecules lose importance for new therapies?
NonStop are working with a top-tier German CDMO counting most of the global top-40 pharma companies as key accounts, and helping to build their newest business unit focussed 100% on Biologics manufacture. With a Senior global VP in place and Director for Europe, they are looking to build the team on the ground in Germany with a motivated Business Development Manager to take over client mapping and acquisition globally, as well as to manage relationships with core customers as a KAM.
In this role, you would:
- Manage relationships with visitors to the manufacturing sites in Niedersachsen, clarifying the techniques and processes at work
- Present and explain the sterile GMP processes used that set this plant apart from others
- Talk though the potential offering for mass as well as small-batch manufacture, and different techniques for biologic production
- Build new lasting customer relationships on a global level, from the USA to Asia via Europe
It's a chance to grow rapidly in an expanding team, and as part of this 3-person "spearhead", you will often be first in the company discussing the biologics solutions with clients. As the face of this new BU, the potential for you to set yourself apart is clear, and could be decisive.
