I am currently recruiting a sales professional that managed big sales networks and important turnovers for central Italy.
As a Head of Sales, you will be responsible for building and developing strong relationships with the key players in the healthcare sector, defining sales strategy and expanding business relations for the industry portfolio. You will take on a regional role at manager level, giving you a lot of responsibility within Lazio, Marche and Abruzzo. The company is a multinational and will need your guidance in developing the area managers and maintaining strong relationships with the healthcare sector.
This is the ideal role for a sales manager with previous experience in managing area managers, who are looking to join a market leader and further develop their management skills.
Key Requirements for this Head of Sales position include:
 At least 10 years experience within sales of medical devices or diagnostics solutions.
 At least 5 years in managing area managers.
 Based in Lazio
 Strong client network in Lazio
