Job Details
I am working for a big player in the chemical industry. They are currently expanding the team in the Netherlands and looking for experienced candidates to be joining the team. Your main tasks will be twofold. First of all you will be travelling with the sales and marketing team, giving technical advice to clients on site. As the technical expert you will analyse current microbial control solutions on the site from clients, take sample with you to the testing lab in the Netherlands, to then propose alternative solutions, helping the client further.
On top of that you will help with development projects. Coordinating with the technical people in the lab to develop new solutions and products. This means that you won't loose your technical skill-set, whilst not actually doing the technical (hands-on) work yourself and at the same time have client contact and interacting with the sales, marketing and regulatory team.
You will be based in a newly built office and be part of newly formed team. Being part of this team from the start, will give you opportunities to develop further in the future into more senior roles.
To be successful:
* Proven technical Biocidal knowledge (In technical Service, Sales, R&D or Regulatory Affairs)
* Strong communication skills and drive, allowing you to speak with clients
* Willingness to travel around 30-40%
* Valid EU passport
* Living in The Randstad or willing to relocate
