Job Description

To promote a flexible workforce, the University will consider applications from individuals seeking full time, part time, job share, or term time only working arrangements.

We are seeking to recruit a committed and creative individual to develop and deliver postgraduate training looking at the new and emerging areas of food science, food processing and nutrition. The post-holder will be responsible for the development and delivery of high quality postgraduate distance learning and workshop based modules as part of the Welsh BioInnovation programme which is part funded by the European Social Fund through the Welsh Government.

This role, embedded in IBERS, will focus on reviewing and harvesting new high level knowledge from researchers within IBERS and a network of additional academic, institutional and industry sources. This will be done in line with priorities set by the Welsh BioInnovation Advisory Group and the wider industry. The main focus of the role will be to provide a route for agri-food professionals to update their knowledge and gain qualifications via distance learning.

To make an informal enquiry, please contact Martine Spittle at rjs@aber.ac.uk.
