Our client is a famous car brand operating in automotive financial services. The company has been heavily expanding its resources and is hiring new staff due to new targets set up for the next 2 years. They are looking to hire a Commercial Trainer to contribute towards achieving the set goals.

This is a great chance to jump on a new project that is going to elevate the company to a higher level on the market. Currently they are not the leader but are actively looking to expand their share on the market. This means massive responsibility for you to deliver programs and coaching internally and towards dealers as to achieve the new sales targets. You will:

  • Builds a sales methodology program for salesmen with the objectives to increase the number and the quality of sales of vehicles, financing products, insurances and services. The program includes: Training & coaching organisations, full materials required, management of the planning,
  • Selects the best training companies and the best profiles to ensure effective training is provided
  • Helps create the strategy and execution of instructional design and learning methodologies
  • Creates a comprehensive set of curricula and programs for all key functional areas and roles
  • Defines and implements best practices to intake, identify, assess and validate on-going training needs and requests
  • Defines and implements best practices to evaluate training effectiveness up to and including business impact and ROI
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of all information
  • Conducts regular reviews to ensure "Know your Customer" procedures are followed
  • Participates in the definition of the Customer Journey

Your profile:

  • Extensive sales experience in automotive industry preferably in a captive environment
  • University degree or equivalent; Master's Degree (Desired)
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • Proven experience managing, leading, mentoring and coordinating multifunctional and/or multicultural teams or individuals
  • Ability to communicate to individuals and groups effortlessly, including consultative, influencing, conflict management and negotiation skills
  • Experience and exposure to ADDIE, ISD, Adult Learning Principles, Learning Styles such as: Training Needs Assessment, Design/Development, Evaluation and measurement, Customer Experience, and Service Excellence initiatives
