An international supplier in the field of medical devices are actively seeking a Sales Specialist/Außendienstmitarbeiter/ Delegue Commercial to promote and sell their complete portfolio across the Bern & Western/ Romandie region of Switzerland. This successful medical device company are currently expanding their marketing and sales team in order to develop their presence within the Swiss medical device market and are actively seeking sales professionals to work with their range of diabetes, urology and gynaecology devices.


As a Sales Specialist/Außendienstmitarbeiter/ Delegue Commercial for urology, gynaecology and diabetes, you will be responsible for liaising with nurses, physicians and hospital staff across the Bern & Western/Suisse Romandie area through maximizing the sales of this consumables product line. With a main focus on the areas of Bern, Lausanne, Geneva and Neuchatel, you will be the key point of contact for KOL's and will be responsible for representing this company at national congresses and participating in cross-channel sales.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about sales and have an interest in working with products within the urology, gynaecology or even the diabetes sector. It's rare that an opportunity will become available that doesn't require the specific product knowledge, however this company are open to giving you that chance to then expand out your skill set and diversify your medical product knowledge.


Key Requirements for this Sales Specialist /Außendienstmitarbeiter/ Delegue Commercial position for medical devices include:

  • At least 2 years of medical device sales experience
  • A KOL network across the Bern and/or Western region of Switzerland/Romandie
  • A real passion for sales and the ability to influence
  • Fluency in French with strong English & German skills
  • Candidates must be based in the Bern or Western region of Switzerland with the ability to travel extensively across the territory
