For one of our clients, world's leading dyes & chemical manufacturer I am currently looking for a Senior Product Safety Manager.

Experience required:

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology or Life Science with practical experience in product safety and ecology departments
• Experience in working with relevant legislation of product safety for paper, food contact materials and other special applications globally
• Excellent knowledge of legislation for registration according to chemical laws of substances for paper and food contact materials globally
• Good knowledge of paper dyes and chemicals (and their composition) world-wide

Your tasks will include:

• Guide R&D, Production and Marketing in the selection of safe and future-oriented products and product specifications
• Support Product Management in the paper business, especially in the field of substances for paper, food contact materials and other special applications
• Responsibility for registration matters in the field of substances for food contact
• Eco-Consulting of customers with regards to workers safety, emissions, product selection and potential uses
• Ensure compliance with the world-wide regulations on paper dyes and chemicals and on food contact materials (e.g. packaging materials, etc.) and other special applications
