Global Business Analyst, Cambridge/Suffolk

Global business Analyst Position, with industry leading manufacturer.

My client is looking to take on a Business Analyst on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity to get strong experience with a Global company with a rapidly growing Finance department putting you in prime position for career progression and access to more senior roles.

As this position will coordinate with business functions globally, you can be sure that you will have opportunities opened to you on a global scale.

The role involves building strong and trusting relationships with key internal partners; Providing key financial / operations analysis, reports and information to stakeholders, identifying opportunities/ risks and providing recommendations to support decision making;

Involvement in a broad range of other topics, including; evaluation of investment proposals, budgeting, forecasting, KPI dashboards, headcount analysis, sustainability and productivity tracking.

Strong attention to detail and an inquisitive mind is necessary for this position as thorough and conclusive reports with then be passed onto senior members of management. This is a highly visible role putting you in prime position to make a good impression on notable people in the industry.

The successful candidate will have.

• Educated to degree level in Engineering, Science, Finance, Economics or other numerate discipline.
• An accountancy qualification, such as ACCA or CIMA would be beneficial, but not essential.
• Highly numerate with advanced excel skills and knowledge of ERP systems; such as SAP.
• A strong communicator with fluency in English; additional language skills considered an advantage.
