Hospital Oncology KAM - BWG - Pharma-Mittelstand
Looking for a stable role where your experience is valued and you can work in peace? NonStop are working with one of Germany's most successful "Mittelstand" pharmaceutical companies, with specialty presence throughout the Oncology indication.
With a number of successful inlicenses and partnerships having brought solid revenue in the past year, this family-owned company is looking for stable Key Accounters to maintain their presence. Working in the team of 10 KAMs nationwide, this is an excellent opportunity for you to use your specialty care experience to develop a presence in Oncology - one of the most future-proof indications in the market.
Key Requirements:
* Specialist sales experience (not necessarily within Oncology)
* Proven selling ability in the hospital/specialist setting
* Independent working style (you will not be closely managed so this is key)
* Readiness for Sales in a large region (across BWG)
This is a highly independent role, reporting directly to the Sales Director for Germany. You will not be closely managed and will be mostly accountable for your own performance, so if you are more experienced in the indication and prefer to work successfully and build your network without corporate interference, this could be a great opportunity.
