Senior Finance Controller - Multinational Responsibilities

This is a great role for a professional to be involved in a Finance position for a global organisation. Working closely with your line manager, your role will be focused on coordinating financing functions in the Corporate Matrix in Switzerland and the Netherlands.

My client, a medium size company is offering now a senior role in within the Finance department and would like to add to the team a Senior Finance Controller.

This will be a great opportunity for someone with at leas 5 years of experience in Finance Controlling and SAP that wants to step into a more senior. By having multinational responsibilities you will get increase your skill set in a company that covers different industries, Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Care, just to name a few. This will make your profile more marketable and put you on a fast career track.

Main duties include:

* Planning and preparing the monthly reports in accordance with the IFRS.
* Coordinating financing functions in the Corporate Matrix in Switzerland and the Netherlands.
* Optimizing and simplifying the internal processes and development of controlling and controlling
* Planning tools that support the planning and implementation of internal and external audits also to your activities.
* Helping with inquiries from the parent company to answer the requirements.
* Supporting the system support and further development of the Cognos Controller software for consolidation purposes.
* Participate in or lead cross-departmental group projects in context with the optimization of processes and measures and support other business areas upon need.

This is an English and German speaking environment and experience in Switzerland or the EU together with fluency in both languages is a necessity .
