My client is looking for a Commercial Director to manage the Sales team in the EMEA region. This position offers a great opportunity to take your career to the next level. You will get to invest in the members of the team, building great relationships and encouraging others, helping them to achieve their goals and be their best.
Additionally, you will work closely with other departments, including Customer Service, Operations and Supply Chain. You will be responsible for optimising efficiency, growing business, and developing the market. You will also work with new and existing customers directly.
Your profile:
- 8+ years experience in, and strong knowledge of, the food ingredients industry
- 2+ years experience managing an international team
- German skills highly beneficial
- Located in the EMEA region and willing to travel internationally
