Long weekends - Child Protection - East Midlands

Offering flexi working hours and a condensed 4 days week, my client is currently expanding its Children's services due to the complexities of many of the cases and the desire to provide support to the newly qualified.

This is due to new funding going to the children's services aimed at expanding all the teams across this county. One of them is the court team, which enjoys the following benefits:

-competitive pay - up to £37 per hour
- personal assistants and support workers available to social workers for support and ease
- variety of locations
- 4 day week & opportunity to work form home when possible

The Chief Executive has confirmed he wants to re-balance caseloads to improve the current pressures of the workforce. The aim is to also support the social workers and to provide a better working environment for all.

Pay rates are competitive for the region and are up to £37 per hour. My client is looking to interview as soon as possible and is NOW offering telephone interviews for both roles. This means super sonic feedback for yourself.
