Social Worker - Referral & Assessment - Good Authority

A Local Authority in the Berkshire area is looking for a Social Worker to join their assessment team.

Their positive results are partly a product of their supportive management, who value their social workers and work knowing that a Supportive Authority is a Good Authority. This ensures that you will be able to carry out your cases effectively, which teaches a strong kind of autonomy which you can bring to future Local Authorities, allowing you to be more employable for the future.

In this team, you will be holding a small caseload, and will need experience being part of a Referral and Assessment team. The more R&A experience the better. As a fairly small Local Authority, they do respect that skills are transferable, so still feel free to apply if you have done a bit of R&A and a lot of other Children's Social Work. You will need an HCPC registration.

The Local Authority is run by a Social Care Enterprise with some of the best Ofsted reports in the country.
