My exclusive client is a WW leader of his segment. Due to strong growth, the Benelux BU is looking for a Sales Manager with Pharma and/or Cosmeticoderma experience in the local markets:

With the aim of profitability and turnover channelled into growth the Sales Manager is responsible for:


- You are responsible for the pharmaceutical sales team in the Benelux. You apply the business strategy of the brand, monitor the activity of the site, manage budget, recruits and provides training to employees; You establish commercial goals, follow This by means of the CRM tool and monitors the turnover;

- You help to build up the annual sales budget and commercial expectations plan. You follow the annual promotional budget.

- You coach the team and monitor large customers;

- You analyse the profitability of the sales per reference / channel / region and are responsible for the implementation of actions; You work on the marketing plan and ensures its operational application. You analyze the ROI of the marketing actions in the field and proposes any adjustments; You develop, in consultation with other people involved parties, participation in national fairs and PR actions;

- You coach, motivate en follows the activities of a team of 12 employees; For this position, you are in contact with various departments (Marketing, Customer service, Logistics, Accounting, HR, ect). Profile: You are in possession of a master's degree in a commercial specialisation or equivalent through experience;

- You can look back at minimum 5 years work experience in an operational Sales Manager function; You have a good knowledge of the Belgian pharmaceutical and/or dermocosmethical market, knowledge of the Dutch market is a plus;

- You are bilingual: Dutch and French; You are dynamic, autonomous, accurate and creative.

- You are convincing and good at making contacts;

- You analyse sales figures and CRM data;

- You are result oriented and you can also submit the necessary results;

- You combine human people-management with the technical sales and negotiation techniques You have strong leadership skills and presentation skills;

- You possess a strong sense of responsibility and are conscientiously aware; You have t about a strategic vision but an operational approach;

- You can easily handle MS Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
