Job Details
Applications should have a Ph.D. degree in biomedical engineering, bioelectronic medicine, biochemistry, biomaterials science, biomechanical engineering, medicine or a related field. They should also have knowledge of and experience in biomaterials, drug delivery and 3D bio-printing research. Research experience in molecular and cellular biology, including cell culture, flow cytometry, protein analysis, immunostaining and animal handling, would be an advantage. The appointee is expected to conduct independent research projects related to osteoporotic fracture and segmental bone defect. Key responsibilities include conducting research and employing different research methodologies; supervising and mentoring junior staff; delivering presentations at conferences; and applying for grants.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
