Market Leader company in medical devices is looking for HR professional to deal with talent acquisition and talent development, engagement and retention, performance management, training, employee relations, and many more. It is a position that will give you a vast range of responsibilities and will allow you to develop your career with a global market leading organisation.

You will be undertaking the general HR tasks, provide advice and guidance on the management of employee relations issues such as disciplinary, grievance, absence, restructuring and other key HR areas. Key tasks will be Human Resource administration and contracts (permanent and temporary).

You will be responsible for various projects, even coordinating contracts and hiring of new professionals to a large medical device structure. You will have chances to grow and progress within the international company.

The company is looking for someone to start immediately, salary is 80.000-90.000 EUR.

Requirements :

1) At least 4-6 years of HR experience

2) Previous experience as HR Manager or HR Business Partner

3) German and English languages

4) Motivation and ambition to grow within an international corporation.

5) Understanding of German labour laws
