Ecotoxicology Team Leader - Dynamic Consultancy - Valencia
I'm currently working with a CRO & Consultancy within the Agrochemical sector who are going through a significant restructuring process to help them gear up for a massive growth phase. To help support the business moving forward, they are looking for a Regulatory Ecotoxicology Team Leader to join them on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who feels that have achieved all they can as a senior specialist who wants to take that next step in their career into a leadership position. This will offers a very varied and dynamic role as you will be responsible for managing your on risk assessment projects, helping team members develop their professional skillsets and contributing to the strategy of the business that will provide you with a technically challenging yet rewarding role.
The company itself has an exciting international presence with offices across Europe and over 60 experienced professionals from different parts of the world. This will offer a truly international working environment with European travel providing a much more exciting and stimulating position than most.
Key Requirements:
- An educational background related to Ecotoxicology
- A strong technical background with Ecotox Risk Assessment
- Key regulatory knowledge within Agrochemicals regulatory framework 1107/2009
- Additional experience within REACh and Biocides
- Team management experience
- Exceptional project management experience
- A professional proficiency in English and German
