The role

The successful candidates will join a team of motivated scientists focused on development and production of medical imaging technology. The successful candidate will work closely with other senior staff in the school and in collaboration with other faculties and institutes.

 

The person

The successful applicants will have completed (or submitted) a PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field, and possess skills and knowledge in the area of medical image processing and/or rapid imaging in MRI. The successful applicant will have excellent problem solving skills as well as good organisational and communication skills. Furthermore the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues is essential.

This role is a full-time position; however flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.

Remuneration

This is a full-time, fixed term appointment for 3 years at Academic level B. The remuneration package will be in the range $92,142 - $109,419 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% (total package will be in the range $107,806 - $128,020 p.a.).
