Duties and responsibilities

 

  • Ensure quality assurance of all processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate the Student Services Centre activities.
  • Report daily and weekly to the Head of Division.
  • Adapt the Student Services Centre procedures to the environment.
  • Know system and process in order to train administration staff.
  • Provide proposals on improved policies, procedures and processes in order to improve customer service, reduce costs and improve effectiveness and efficiency of division.
  • Manage Student Services Centre systems, including system configurations, system setups, system data integrity and mapping of the software supplier's roadmap to the implementation of admission systems.
  • Assist with proposals for system changes within the division as required by management or the needs of technology changes or upgrades.
  • Monitor the various statuses of Student Services Centre and ensure prompt updating of statuses.
  • Run various communications via the PS 3C processes.
  • Update the Student Services Centre FAQs.
  • Update the Student Services Centre website.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day priorities and workload of staff.
  • Administer the email account.
  • Liaise with faculty stakeholders in terms of deadlines and other relevant matters.
  • Provide support on second level of queries and problem cases for students.
  • Provide support on the first level of queries and problems cases for staff.

 

Inherent requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor degree or Diploma.
  • Two (2) to  three (3) years' relevant experience

Recommendations

  • PeopleSoft knowledge
  • Higher Education experience.
  • Experience in Examinations and/or Graduations/Certification.
