Help Develop a New Kinship Team

A Local Authority based in the South West is looking to create a new Kinship team and as such is looking to appoint permanent Team Managers to help manage the new team

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Team Managers to take on a new challenge of setting up a dedicated Kinship team within a Local Authority. As it is a new team the post holder will have a greater degree of autonomy as to how the team operate and they will also be able to bring suggestions as to how to further develop the team and improve performance.

The Local Authority has a stable senior management team who have decided this team will help support the wider fostering needs of the Local Authority. Although the senior management team will have oversight of the development of the team the Team Manager will ultimately be driving the changes required to ensure the team is successful, whilst having the full support of senior managers.

To be considered for this team you should be a Team Manager with experience within Fostering and Kinship
